Diane Kirsch – Vice President, Personal Lines Department
Mother of two above average people, brand new grandmother, Forty Niner Faithful!
Diane started her insurance career working for a direct writer. In the mid 1990’s, she transferred her focus to the independent agent side when she joined the team at ISU. Diane started out as a CSR and worked her way to manage the Personal Lines Team and eventually to Vice President of Personal Lines. In her free time, Diane’s passions include gardening, successfully growing her first herb garden last season alongside the flowers and vegetables that have been the staples of the yard for years. Diane also enjoys traveling with her husband of 30 years. Some of her favorite destinations to date have been Cancun, New York and Alaska. Spending quality time with her brand new grandson is a new adventure.

Animal lover, Mother to two and four legged children, experienced Personal Lines Account Manager
Cecilia started her insurance career in her junior year of high school. She first started working with Lithgow & Rayhill, Inc. who was purchased by ISU Insurance Services of San Francisco in 1993. From 2000 to approximately 2010, she worked in another division of ISU, the ISU Insurance Agency Network, working with account managers from our Member Offices.
Cecilia, also known as “Cec” or “CC”, has two daughters, and two four legged boys. Her passions are animals, dogs in particular. She currently has three dogs in the household including her grand puppy and has to restrain from growing her family. Her other passion is food. She loves her buffets and you can bet she gets her money’s worth!

Pearl’s newest pride and joy is her one-year old puppy, Cruz, and spending as much time as possible with her husband, Darryl.
